Not often do I get blessed enough to stumble on a small artist who possesses such talent and gives me that special feeling. Opening up ‘Mainfesto 3’ I was immediately hit with excitement and these fun sounding melodies.
Tooly? vocals are where it lies, his ‘baby’ voice is soothing and really enjoyable to listen to on a chill day, tied together with the beautiful melodies, it’s unlike any other. ‘manifesto 3’ is the first project I have ever heard from the Washington artist, but he’s definitely now on the radar and I will be following and honing in on his sound.
