DANGEROUS SUMMER – [YEAT]

The superstar artist is back with a long EP, filled with tracks that continue in his path of growth and experimental music. Known for his over the top and psychedelic trap style tunes, ‘Dangerous Summer’ is no different, but definitely one of my favourites from him.

Beyond breaking his own record for the number of bells on a single track with 174 on ‘M.F.U’ featuring SahBabii, ‘Dangerous Summer’ brings a ton of energy and some of his most experimental sounds to date that we know and love. The project opens up with ‘PUT IT ONG’, which begins with a horrifying children’s chorus until the drop to an insane sci-fi beat while he brings his well deserved egotistic lyrics over the continuous Halloween sounds. The next track, ‘LOCO’, offers a more solid structure of beat and some hi-hats added in, while Yeat just offers a crazy experience. He has the ability to control his crazy vocals, while he creates animal howls, barks, and just a whole lot to take in. With features from other stars such as Don Toliver, FKATWIGS, NGeeYL, and even Youtube stars BLOU and ZIAS!.

The overall experience is a great one, Yeat indulging back to his roots while pushing sounds in the opposite direction, It is an adventure in itself, and BNYX also deserves a ton of credit for the beats he his able to cook up, especially in ‘IM YEAT’
