K1llbrady drops his long awaited mixtape, ‘F2D’, and I it’s safe to say that the wait was well worth it. Brady, being one of the reasons that I tapped into the South African underground has kept on improving and it is truly inspirational to see the level of growth and maturity he shows on all aspects of his art.
‘F2D’, as you would expect, is a combination deep 808’s, K1llbrady’s lifestyle, and some harmonic synths. Brady’s vocals alone gives listeners an insight to his emotions and hard ship throughout his life. These paired together by the selection of beats is just poetry. Like some smelly cheese and red wine. Brady takes us on a path of his lavish lifestyle, reinforced with some track titles being named after infamous white girls.
My personal favourite track? ‘Lala Hirayama’, the deep bass straight off the bat, while K1ll just goes off on his rapper lifestyle and ties with the jozi nightlife. It’s just right up there. Check out K1llbrady’s ‘F2D’ on all platforms.
