Continuing to ride off the momentum of his smash hit, ‘K Bool’ which you may have already heard the remix with rockstar Nine Vicious on it. Unitus stuns us with, what seems to be, his first official project, ‘Lieutenant’. As many may be well aware of the upcoming artist’s raw talent and ability to create unworldly atmospheric sounds, some may not be aware of the gem we are sitting on.
Right from the opening track, ‘Blam Ya’, produced by Luke, we are hit straight up with deep sounds like how I would imagine flying through space would sound. Unitus’ sound is raw and straight up gritty, but it’s not like how you would typically think that would sound in today’s modern era. He has something that I just can’t rap my finger around, but it just keeps me fiending for more.
As I am writing this, Unitus has also just blessed us with another single to follow up off ‘Lieutenant’. Check out the project as well as his follow-up single, ‘Pussy Soaked’.
