My first time being exposed to LEW, and this was just a beautiful introduction to him and his sound. As someone who loves chasing music, I have somewhat become bored of listening to the same jerk type beats and GCAN did feel like a breath of fresh air.
LEW takes us through a journey of his experiences and delivers his words so perfectly you can relate quite easily. The beats are angelic, the lyrics cut deep, and honestly felt like he was soundtracking my own messy emotions.
Listening to LEW, it seems like he’s had a few sleepless nights like all of us have. Certain tracks had me staring at the ceiling just taking in every single word. It’s not all gloom though, there is undercurrent of hope that sneaks up on you.
